Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding payments, onboarding fees, software-related purchases, digital products, CRM access, automation services, training programs, mentorship services, branding upgrades, service bureau support, ERO support, PTIN program support, and related business services provided by MTP Enterprises LLC.

General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, onboarding access, software-related resources, CRM systems, automations, consultations, training materials, and business support services, many payments made to MTP may be non-refundable once services have started, work has begun, onboarding has been initiated, documents have been reviewed, or access has been granted.

Software, CRM, & Digital Services

Fees related to software access, onboarding systems, CRM setup, automation services, co-branding upgrades, white-label systems, digital resources, downloadable materials, templates, workflows, and related digital products are generally non-refundable once access or setup has been provided.

Training, Mentorship, & Consulting

Payments for training programs, mentorship services, consultations, coaching, onboarding support, implementation support, educational resources, or strategy sessions may be non-refundable once services have been delivered, scheduled, accessed, or initiated.

PTIN, ERO, & Service Bureau Services

Fees associated with PTIN program support, ERO enrollment support, service bureau onboarding, software setup, CRM configuration, automation systems, branding services, compliance support, and related operational services may be non-refundable once onboarding, review, setup, or support work has begun.

Subscription or Recurring Services

If applicable, recurring services or subscription-based services may be canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests do not guarantee refunds for prior charges, partial billing periods, or payments already processed.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact MTP directly regarding billing concerns before initiating disputes or chargebacks with financial institutions or payment processors.

Unauthorized chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or attempts to reverse valid charges may result in account suspension, service termination, denial of future access, collections activity, legal action, or reporting to appropriate third parties when necessary.

Exceptions

Refund exceptions, if approved, are granted solely at the discretion of MTP and may depend on the nature of the service, timing of the request, onboarding progress, software access status, work completed, branding setup progress, document review status, or other relevant operational factors.

No Guarantee Of Results

Payments made to MTP do not guarantee business growth, software approval, bank product approval, EFIN approval, PTIN approval, revenue, funded returns, client acquisition, profitability, compliance outcomes, or financial success.

Policy Updates

MTP reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions become effective once posted on this page.
